INTERACTIVE SALES SYSTEM SUPPORTING PRE-SALES AND BUYER DECISION-MAKING IN BUDAPEST.

I6 Residence is a modern residential development located in one of Budapest’s dynamically developing districts. Positioned near the renovated Corvin Promenade, the project targets young professionals, first-time buyers, families, and investors looking for well-designed, well-connected urban homes.

Given the competitive nature of the area and the strong focus on lifestyle and long-term value, the development required a sales approach that could clearly communicate spatial quality, views, and apartment differentiation — even before construction was completed.

Our task was to accelerate pre-sales and position the development confidently in a competitive urban market.
